Job Description: As an Entry-Level CNC Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining industrial machinery to carve custom LED neon signs. You will work with a variety of materials, including acrylic sheets, and be involved in all aspects of the CNC process, from machine set-up to final inspection. Key responsibilities include: Loading and unloading acrylic sheets (8mm and 10mm) for sign production. Fitting and adjusting tools for machine operation. Setting up and calibrating equipment and accessories to ensure optimal performance. Translating part drawings into measurements for production. Inspecting workflows to meet technical and quality standards. Developing efficient work plans to complete daily machining tasks. Skills Required: Basic knowledge of CNC machine operation or a strong interest in learning (training will be provided). Ability to read and interpret CAD files (training will be provided). Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn CNC software (CAD). Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot basic machine issues. Qualifications: No prior CNC experience required, though a background in design, engineering, or carpentry is advantageous. Technical or vocational training in manufacturing, engineering, or a related field is preferred but not essential. Operating industrial mixing and milling machinery. Experience in manufacturing preferred, but full training will be given. Basic English and Maths essential. Commutable to S/E London.

The Employee is engaged initially to perform the duties of “Tailor”. Job responsibilities of Tailor: • Measuring clients clothes sizes. • Discussing fabric and style requirements with clients • Calculating the cost of the clothing • Shaping garments by hand or with a machine • Repairing clothes such as re-attaching buttons and stitching tears • Marking the shape and design on the material and cutting around it to meet the clients' requirements. • Adjusting such as shortening sleeve lengths, taking in seams or narrowing lapels • Pressing garments using irons or machines

Day to day duties with customer dealing, Ensure all projects are completed to deadline while maintaining exceptional quality. Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with company and safety standards. About You: Proven experience as a Sign Maker, Graphic Designer, Sign Fitter, Sign Installer, or in a similar graphics production role. Minimum 2 years' experience in sign making and large-format graphics production. Knowledge in RIP software and printer operations. Skilled in Coral Draw Adobe softwares. Experience with Graphic Designs, vinyl and signage installations is highly desirable. Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm Overtime available in line with business needs.
