Job Summary: The Property Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of assigned properties. Responsibilities: Tenant Relations: Respond to tenant inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally. Manage tenant move-ins and move-outs, including inspections and lease signings. Enforce lease terms and address violations. Build and maintain positive tenant relationships. Property Maintenance: Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs.
