Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service. Customer Interaction:Greet customers warmly and seat them promptly. Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about dishes and prices. Handle customer complaints calmly and professionally, aiming to resolve issues promptly. Payment Processing:Take payments from diners, including cash, credit cards, or other forms of payment. Ensure accurate billing and provide receipts. Qualifications Experience:At least 1 years of experience working in a hotel or restaurant. Familiarity with restaurant operations and service standards. Education:Secondary school certificate or equivalent.
