Liaise with employers, external agencies, awarding organisations, and other stakeholders where required., 13. Attend staff meetings, training sessions, professional development activities, and quality assurance reviews., 14. Assist in student recruitment, induction programs, and learner support initiatives., 15. Keep up to date with developments in adult education, teaching methodologies, and relevant subject areas.
