Proven experience as an Office Manager, preferably in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of office management procedures, construction documentation, and compliance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend). Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with basic accounting and HR functions is a plus. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of construction project workflows and terminology. Experience working with procurement and contract management.
