Paramedic Practitioner - Urgent Care Days Only up to £66k (negotiable depending on experience) + Excellent Benefits Full time and Part time roles available Portsmouth An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Paramedic to join the team in a privately-run emergency treatment centre based in Portsmouth. You will be a part of a friendly and experienced multidisciplinary team offering assessments, wound care and other treatments to patients presenting with minor injuries or illness, with the aim to discharge or transfer for further care. About you: • You will be a caring, empathetic and professional nurse with valid NMC, • MUST HAVE LEVEL 6 or 7 History Taking & Physical Assessment and another module, • MUST HAVE IRMER, • Must have experience with minor injuries, • Excellent communication skills Shifts: • We are happy to receive applications seeking full-time or part-time hours., • The UTC is open 365 days a year, including evenings and weekends *NO night work required, • Long (12.5 hours) or short (7.5 hours) shifts are available or a mixture of the two. ABOUT THE ROLE As a Night Senior Carer at a Barchester care home, you'll look after the different needs of our residents to enable us to deliver quality, person-centred care and support. Your role will involve supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager. You can also expect to support the clinical team in a specific area, such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews. ABOUT YOU You should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care to join us as a Senior Care Assistant.
