🌙 Site Hygiene Manager (Nights) | FMCG | Northamptonshire | £60,000–£65,000 We’re hiring an experienced Site Hygiene Manager to lead night shift operations in a fast-paced FMCG food manufacturing environment. This is a senior leadership role with real influence perfect for someone who thrives on driving standards, developing teams, and delivering continuous improvement. 🔍 What you’ll be doing: • Leading a large hygiene function: 2 Hygiene Managers + 40 Operators, • Driving improvements in cleaning efficiency, effectiveness, and sustainability, • Owning and delivering the site hygiene strategy (up to 6 months planning), • Leading KPI performance, budgets, and forecasting (labour & chemicals), • Managing customer visits, audits, and vendor relationships, • Leading root cause analysis and microbiological improvement initiatives, • Building a strong health & safety and hygiene culture across site, • Proven leadership experience in food manufacturing or FMCG, • Strong background in chilled/high-risk environments (preferred), • Solid understanding of BRC audits and retailer standards, • Track record of delivering hygiene excellence and continuous improvement, • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills 📩 Interested or know someone who might be?
