We pride ourselves on maintaining high property standards, delivering excellent tenant and guest experiences, and operating a responsive, hands-on management service across our portfolio. Role Overview We are seeking a proactive, highly organised, and hands-on Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our London property portfolio. This is a varied role combining property management, tenant relations, maintenance coordination, contractor management, and Airbnb operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard while delivering excellent service to both tenants and guests. Key Responsibilities Property & Tenant Management • Manage day-to-day tenant issues and maintenance requests, • Log, monitor, and track maintenance issues using Fixflo and Arthur, • Coordinate repairs and maintenance works with contractors and builders, • Ensure maintenance issues are resolved efficiently and to a high standard, • Conduct regular property inspections and report property conditions, • Arrange and provide access to contractors, utility providers, and third parties, • Manage key handling and contractor key collections via KeyNest locations, • Ensure properties remain compliant with company standards and local regulations Airbnb & Guest Operations • Manage Airbnb bookings, guest communication, and calendar coordination, • Coordinate guest check-ins and check-outs, • Respond promptly and professionally to guest enquiries and issues, • Coordinate cleaners to ensure properties are guest-ready at all times, • Oversee Airbnb listings and ensure information remains accurate and up to date, • Monitor occupancy and booking performance General Operations • Liaise daily with tenants, guests, cleaners, contractors, and suppliers, • Maintain accurate operational and maintenance records, • Assist in improving systems and operational processes, • Support the wider management team with general property operations Requirements • Previous experience in property management, lettings, hospitality, or Airbnb management preferred, • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, • Excellent communication and customer service abilities, • Ability to work independently and handle pressure effectively, • Strong problem-solving mindset with good attention to detail, • Experience using platforms such as Fixflo, Arthur, Airbnb, or similar systems is advantageous, • Comfortable coordinating contractors and handling property access logistics, • Flexible availability, including occasional evenings and weekends when required What We Offer • Competitive base salary dependent on experience, • Accommodation provided in Canary Wharf, • Opportunity to grow within a fast-growing company, • Dynamic and varied role with real responsibility, • Supportive and collaborative team environment, • Exposure to London’s fast-paced property market How to Apply Please submit your CV along with a brief cover letter outlining your relevant experience and why you would be a strong fit for the role.
