The role also involves providing guidance on adjustments and performing drug and alcohol testing, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Qualifications • GMC registration, • DOCCMED Diploma/Occupational Medicine Training, • Experience in performing pre-employment and safety-critical medicals, • Skills in health surveillance procedures (HAVS, audiometry, spirometry), • Ability to conduct management referrals and return-to-work assessments, • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, • Experience working in occupational health settings is an advantage, • Ability to work efficiently and independently in an on-site environment
