Group People & Leadership Manager FutureSense Group | International Social Enterprise | Global Role Are you an experienced HR or People & Culture professional who is passionate about leadership development and working in a purpose-driven organisation? The FutureSense Group is seeking a Group People & Leadership Manager to lead our flagship Global Leadership Programme and to coordinate recruitment and onboarding across our international group of organisations. This is a group-level role working across multiple entities, offering a unique opportunity to shape how we attract, develop and support people across our global operations. Role Description - Group People & Leadership Programme Manager The Group People & Leadership Manager is a group-level role responsible for: • Coordinating and managing recruitment and onboarding for staff across all Group entities both commercial companies and our charity, • End-to-end management of our Global Leadership Programme that provides early-career professionals with a structured pathway into international development through meaningful, supported placements and leadership development. Key Responsibilities: 1. Organisation-Wide Recruitment & Onboarding Recruitment Coordination Across the Group • Coordinate recruitment for approximately 20 - 25 full-time staff per year across all Group entities globally, • Support hiring managers with role scoping and job description development, recruitment planning and timelines, interview and selection processes, • Promote consistency, equity and best practice in recruitment across diverse teams and geographies Onboarding & Induction • Design and manage a Group-wide onboarding framework for new staff, • Ensure all new hires are inducted into group values, culture and ways of working, entity and role specific systems and processes People Systems & Process Improvement • Contribute to the development and improvement of people-related systems, templates and processes across the Group, • Support leaders in building effective teams through strong people practices, • Maintain accurate recruitment and onboarding records in line with compliance requirements 2. Global Leadership Programme Management Programme Design & Oversight • Manage the annual cycle of the Global Leadership Programme (30–40 participants per year), • Ensure the programme aligns with FutureSense Foundation’s values, strategic goals, and operational needs, • Continuously review and improve programme structure, content and participant experience Recruitment & Selection • Lead recruitment campaigns for the Global Leadership Programme, • Design and manage fair, inclusive selection processes to identify high-potential candidates, • Coordinate interviews, assessment activities and final selections in collaboration with country and regional teams Onboarding & Preparation • Deliver structured onboarding for GLP participants, including:, • Organisational values, culture and strategy, • Safeguarding, risk management and operational processes, • Country-specific and role-specific preparation, • Coordinate all pre-departure logistics including:, • Flights and travel coordination, • Insurance and compliance requirements, • Pre-departure information and briefings Leadership Development & Learning • Design and coordinate a programme of leadership seminars, workshops and reflective learning activities, • Identify and engage internal and external facilitators, mentors and speakers, • Support participants’ personal and professional development throughout the programme, • Act as a key point of contact for participant wellbeing and performance support (in collaboration with line managers) About You You are likely to bring: • Experience in HR, People & Culture, Talent, or Recruitment, ideally with strong onboarding experience, • A passion for leadership development and supporting early-career professionals, • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment and programme cycles simultaneously, • Confidence working across cultures, teams and geographies, • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, • A strong alignment with the values of international development, social impact and ethical practice Experience in the NGO, international development, education or not-for-profit sector is highly desirable, but not essential.
