The Customer Success Lead focuses on both the strategic management of the account (20%) and concentrates on the tactical operations (80%) by working with the operations team to provide optimal services to the account. The situation is equally dire for consumers who pay some of the highest P2P transfer fees in the world and are stuck with mobile money technology that is now decades old. What you’ll be doing: An ordinary day could involve working with other teams to resolve dealer queries, speaking with customers about settlements, creating variable rate finance documents to send to customers, speaking to the network about customer loan cars for their centres and looking at process improvements within the department.
