Below covers everything you need to know about what this opportunity entails, as well as what is expected from applicants. *Salary: Up to 55K DOE, plus *annual bonuses both worth up to 10% of salary *Hours: *Average 40 hours per week *Contract: *Permanent is a specialist provider of care and support to children & young people who have complex mental health disorders, learning disabilities, and emotional and behavioural difficulties. Since we established, we have worked tirelessly to develop services to achieve the best possible outcomes for our children & young people, creating services that nurture independence. As the *Registered Manager, *you will manage our 5 Bed Children’s home providing care for the children/young people with emotional & behavioural difficulties, aged 10-17 years. This home has achieved "" status with Ofsted for the past two years. Your role will be to ensure the home operates in compliance with the standards and regulations set out in the current version of the National Minimum Standards for Children’s Homes and Children’s Homes regulations. You will ensure the Regulation 34 inspection is carried out and ensure recommendations or requirements from Ofsted inspection reports and or Regulation 34 reports are acted upon. You will provide management & leadership to the staff team acting as a positive role model. You will create positive relationships with your staff team, the children & young people, meeting their needs and always safeguarding them.
