Brand & Ecommerce Manager (Fractional, Start-up) Location: London (company based in West London). Hybrid/remote, with ability to attend meetings in Central London Start: ASAP ideally (TBC) Commitment: ~2 days per week, with potential to increase over time Rate: £350–£450 per day (contract basis) About Us P.Happi is redefining intimate care for women through a new, microbiome-first approach to daily protection, powered by breakthrough technology. Born out of our founder’s own experience with recurrent UTIs after completing her PhD in Synthetic Biology at Imperial College London, we support women experiencing recurring bladder and intimate health issues with a science-led, subscription-based solution designed to fit seamlessly into everyday life. With a strong focus on the UK market, we are generating sales across Europe and have recently launched into retail (Boots, Pharmacy2U), creating a unique opportunity to build across both D2C, physical and clinical channels. We’re a small, mission-driven team at an exciting stage of growth, and are looking for a Brand & Ecommerce Manager to take ownership of how P.Happi shows up across all digital touchpoints - from website to content to customer journey. The Role We’re looking for a commercially-minded, hands-on Brand & Ecommerce Manager to own and elevate the P.Happi brand and ecommerce experience. This is a highly executional role for someone who can translate science into compelling customer messaging, optimise the online journey, and build a seamless experience from first touchpoint through to repeat purchase. You will work closely with the founder and wider team to strengthen brand clarity, improve conversion, and drive retention. This role has the potential to grow into a broader leadership position over time as the company scales. Core Responsibilities 1. Ecommerce & Conversion (Core Focus) • Own and manage the Shopify storefront (technical confidence required), • Continuously optimise PDPs, landing pages, and key conversion journeys, • Improve site UX, messaging, and offer strategy, • Build and test landing pages aligned to campaigns and customer segments, • Own A/B testing roadmap across key funnel steps 2. Brand & Content • Own execution of the P.Happi brand across all digital channels, • Translate complex science into clear, engaging, and trustworthy content, • Lead content creation across website, email, and social channels, • Ensure consistency of messaging across paid, organic, and onsite experience, • Guide visual and written storytelling in line with brand evolution 3. Lifecycle Marketing & Retention • Own CRM and lifecycle strategy via Klaviyo, • Build and optimise automated flows (welcome, education, post-purchase, retention), • Plan and execute campaigns across email, SMS, and WhatsApp, • Drive improvements in repeat purchase rate and subscription uptake, • Develop segmentation strategies to personalise the customer journey 4. Customer Experience • Own the end-to-end customer journey from discovery to repeat purchase, • Leverage reviews, testimonials, and UGC across all touchpoints, • Ensure a seamless and supportive post-purchase experience, • Support customer service strategy, tone of voice, and FAQs, • Help educate customers on the microbiome and product benefits 5. Marketplace & Retail Support • Manage and optimise Amazon presence (listings, content, reviews), • Ensure consistent brand positioning across marketplaces, • Support alignment between D2C and retail messaging (e.g. Boots) 6. Organic Growth & Content Strategy • Build and execute a content roadmap targeting high-intent topics (UTIs, BV, menopause, etc.), • Develop the blog as an education and acquisition channel, • Optimise onsite content for SEO in collaboration with external support if needed, • Recommend structure for in-house vs agency support 7. Social & Content Direction • Oversee organic social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging channels, • Guide content creation to support both brand building and conversion (we have a fractional social media creator e.g. records, edits, plans and publishes videos with founder, events etc), • Ensure alignment between social content, website, and campaigns, • Leverage UGC and community to build trust and credibility 8. Performance Oversight (Not Executional) • Collaborate with external partners or freelancers on paid media where relevant, • Ensure alignment between paid campaigns, landing pages, and messaging, • Monitor performance and provide input on creative and positioning Key Success Measures You will contribute to: • Improved website conversion rate (CVR), • Increased repeat purchase and subscription uptake, • Stronger brand clarity and consistency across channels, • Improved customer engagement and journey experience, • Growth in customer lifetime value (LTV) What We’re Looking For • Experience in a DTC brand (beauty, wellness, or health preferred), • Strong hands-on experience with Shopify and ecommerce optimisation, • Proven ability to improve conversion and customer journeys, • Experience with Klaviyo / CRM and lifecycle marketing, • Strong content and storytelling skills (ability to simplify science is a big plus), • Comfortable being both strategic and highly hands-on, • Experience working in early-stage to scaling brands is a strong advantage, • Passion for women’s health and mission-driven brands Why Join P.Happi? • Opportunity to shape and own the brand and ecommerce experience end-to-end, • Work on a mission-led product with real impact on women’s health, • Be part of a fast-moving, ambitious, and purpose-driven team, • High autonomy and direct collaboration with the founder Looking forward to hearing from you!
