This is a permanent, full-time daytime role, working Monday to Friday, with flexibility required during peak periods. Offering a salary of £32,000.00 - £36,000.00 per annum, depending on skills and experience, the role will support three facilities across Corby, Lutterworth, and Bury St Edmunds, with regular travel between sites required. Responsibilities and tasks: Responsible for providing HR support across multiple sites, advising managers on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, and delivering effective HR administration. • Advise and support managers on employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, and performance management, • Build strong relationships with managers and stakeholders, providing practical and commercially focused HR advice, • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with UK employment law, • Manage HR administration, including recruitment, contracts, payroll liaison, and employee lifecycle activities, • Maintain accurate HR records and produce reports to support business decision-making, • Support employee engagement, retention, and training initiatives Profile: • Proven experience in an HR Advisor role with a strong employee relations focus, • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build effective working relationships, • Good knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices, • Experience in a fast-paced or multi-site environment (logistics experience desirable), • Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills, • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently, • CIPD qualified or working towards CIPD qualification is desirable, • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites as required What do we offer?
