We are currently recruiting a Senior Care Assistant (Days) to join a well-established, family-run care home. About the Home This home operates with a simple philosophy: “where our care is focussed on making residents feel at home, not in a home.” Choosing a care or retirement home is an important decision, and this service ensures very high standards are consistently maintained, creating a safe, happy, clean, and comfortable environment for all residents. The property is a long-established, family-run residential home. Originally an Edwardian farmhouse, it has been extensively developed and refurbished to provide light, spacious, and comfortable accommodation to a very high standard. A warm, dedicated, and long-serving team is committed to supporting residents’ wellbeing and encouraging them to lead full and independent lives. The home offers: • Accommodation for up to 28 residents • A homely, comfortable environment with high-quality furnishings • A strong focus on personalised, relationship-led care • Regular visits from healthcare professionals including GP, chiropodists, and opticians • A varied programme of activities including crafts, sing-alongs, theatre trips, and local excursions • Fresh, home-cooked meals with an emphasis on traditional cooking and seasonal produce The Ethos The home is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care tailored to each resident’s individual needs and preferences.
