A great opportunity to work for an international business with responsibility for a head count of 140 people in the UK and oversight of a People Advisor in Europe. \n The role leads the evolution of the People function into a scalable, efficient, and strategically aligned function, combining strong operational delivery with forward-looking workforce planning, leadership development, and data-driven decision-making. \n Reporting to the CEO, the Head of People acts as a key advisor to the senior leadership team ensuring that people strategy, culture, and organisational design support the long-term success of the business. \n Head of People Benefits and Package: \n\n • 09:00 - 17:30 (Monday to Friday)\n, • Free On Site Parking\n, • 24 Days Annual Leave (increase by 1 day per year of service up to additional 4) + Bank Holidays\n, • Birthday Leave\n, • Generous Company Pension Scheme.\n, • Private Healthcare\n, • Life insurance\n, • Cycle to work\n, • Nursery Salary Sacrifice Schemes.\n, • Flexible working\n\n Head of People Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: \n\n • People Strategy & Organisational Development.\n, • Ensure efficient, compliant, and high-quality delivery across the employee lifecycle.\n, • Strengthen leadership capability and embed a high-performance, values-led culture.\n, • Manage employee relations effectively while minimising organisational risk and ensuring governance.\n, • Leverage People data, systems, and automation to improve insight and efficiency.\n, • Lead and develop the People team to ensure capability, performance, and sustainability.\n\n Head of People Qualities: \n\n • CIPD Level 5 / 7 qualified with 5 plus years experience at management level.\n, • Strong strategic skills but with a desire and enthusiasm for retaining a delivery focus along side a People Advisor and People Administrator.\n, • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and People best practice\n, • Experience advising senior stakeholders and ensuring the people strategy aligns with the organisational development and business strategy.\n, • Demonstratable experience of maximising systems to gather insights to underpin decisions and recommendations.\n, • Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational delivery\n, • Experience of multi-entity and international environment highly desirable.\n, • Must be commercially astute ideally with business partnering experience.\n, • Proven experience leading organisational change and workforce planning, talent life-cycle management desirable\n\n Thank you for your application however due to the high volume of candidates applying, if you have not heard back from us within 5 days please assume that you have not been successful.
