You’ll be joining a business that operates across thermoplastics, thermosets and injection moulding under one roof, supplying into demanding sectors including aerospace, defence, electronics and scientific markets. This is a proper shopfloor role—focused on tool changes, process set-up from scratch, and keeping production stable and efficient, not just button pushing. The Role As an Injection Moulding Setter, you will be responsible for the preparation, setting and running of moulding jobs, ensuring parts are produced to quality, cycle time and cost targets. You’ll be expected to take ownership at the machine, from tool hanging through to process optimisation and fault finding.
