Junior Business Psychologist We are currently seeking a Junior Business Psychologist to join our team based in Watford, Hertfordshire. Ideal Candidate Profile The successful candidate will have: • A BPS-accredited MSc (or equivalent) in Occupational Psychology, • Registration on the BPS Register of Qualifications in Test Use (RQTU) for Occupational Ability (desirable), • A strong interest in working with quantitative data (desirable) Key Responsibilities • Contribute to the development of innovative psychometric tools and assessments, • Deliver client training tailored to business and organisational needs, • Advise clients on the selection and application of psychometric tools, • Build and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term partnerships, • Support with validation and fairness studies, • Administer psychometric assessments and provide feedback to candidates Skills and Attributes • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients at all organisational levels, • A genuine passion for applying psychology within business environments, • A collaborative working style and an innovative approach to assessment design, • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, • The ability to manage multiple projects effectively and work independently Salary and Benefits • Starting salary of £27,000 per annum, • Additional annual leave entitlement, • Company pension scheme, • Sick pay Working Hours and Location • Full-time, permanent position, • Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:30, • In-person role based in Watford, Hertfordshire Application Process Stage 1: Submit your CV by the closing date (9th March 2026) Stage 2: Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete three online assessments: • Professional Verbal Reasoning Test (PVRT), • Concentration Test (SCAAT), • Professional Personality Questionnaire (PPQ) Stage 3: Candidates meeting the required test standards will be invited to an assessment day (scheduled for 25th and 26th March) Stage 4: Successful candidates will attend a final interview Please note that we can only accept applications from candidates who have the right to work in the UK.
