Ensure the consistency of our dishes offerings by following established recipes and methods, maintaining the high standards that our customers have come to expect. Work closely with the kitchen team to coordinate and streamline pizza production, contributing to the overall success of the restaurant. Conduct regular quality checks on ingredients and finished products, ensuring that every pizza meets our exacting standards. Requirements: Proven experience as a Sous Chef, preferably with expertise in Italian dishes preparation.
