About the role We are building a new kind of hospitality space in Hackney. A curated kitchen and bar programme where chefs, bartenders and collaborators take over the space for short residencies, events and experiences. Requirements Proven experience as a Assistanr General Manager in a bar or restaurant. Strong background in gastro-style food operations within a venue setting. Advanced mixology and cocktail knowledge. Demonstrated success in building and leading teams. Strong financial awareness (P&L, KPIs, labour management). Hands-on, energetic, and customer-focused approach.
