The Opportunity We’re looking for a commercially driven Senior Account Manager to lead strategic client relationships and spearhead the growth of our managed service offerings. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on building long-term partnerships, packaging comprehensive solutions, and unlocking new revenue streams. What You’ll Do • Own and grow a portfolio of existing high spending, strategic accounts, • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand service offerings, • Lead client engagements from solution design through to delivery, • Collaborate with presales and technical teams to craft tailored wraparound solutions, • Drive new business through networking and industry engagement, • Deliver compelling proposals and presentations to senior stakeholders, • Maintain accurate account development plans and pipeline forecasts What We’re Looking For • Proven success in account management and solution-based sales, • Experience selling managed services and long-term IT solutions, • Strong commercial acumen with a focus on profitability and P&L, • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, • Technical understanding of enterprise networking and infrastructure, • Cisco knowledge is a plus (training provided), • Meraki / Juniper experience also considered, • Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented Why Join Us? • Work with prestigious global clients, • Flexible hybrid working model, • Clear career progression framework, • Inclusive and collaborative culture, • Structured Commission scheme and financial incentives allowing you to double your annual take home.
