We are now looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our Customer Service team, supporting a portfolio of customer accounts and helping deliver an outstanding customer experience from order through to delivery. The Role As a Customer Service Coordinator, working Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, you’ll play a key role in maintaining strong customer relationships through accurate order processing, effective communication and proactive problem solving. You’ll work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure orders are managed efficiently and service expectations are consistently met. What You'll Be Doing • Managing customer enquiries via phone and email, ensuring prompt and professional responses, • Coordinating customer orders from receipt through to delivery, • Supporting a portfolio of customer accounts, including more complex requirements and service agreements, • Providing customers with updates on orders, delivery schedules and any changes that may impact supply, • Completing Customer Complaint Forms (CCFs) and supporting effective issue resolution, • Providing product and service guidance to customers to support informed decision-making, • Liaising closely with Production, Planning, Logistics, Sales and other internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery, • Maintaining accurate customer records, documentation and reporting within internal systems, • Monitoring account activity and identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction What We're Looking For • Previous experience in a customer service, customer support, sales support or account coordination role, • Experience within manufacturing, packaging or FMCG environments would be advantageous, • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, • Confident using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel and Word, • A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem solving, • Ability to build positive working relationships with customers and internal teams, • Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused attitude If you're organised, customer-focused and enjoy building strong relationships while keeping things running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you.
