You will be Electrically qualified holding City and Guilds / NVQ qualifications whilst also being multi skilled with good all round building services maintenance knowledge whilst having previous supervisory or lead engineer experience. As a Mechanical Engineer, you'll be responsible for diagnosing and resolving issues on mechanical systems, supporting electrical operations, ensuring full statutory compliance, and delivering high-quality building maintenance services. This is a static position, working Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm.
