Contract: PermanentSalary: Circa £45,000 per annum depending on experienceThis is a key supporting role within the Investor Relations team, helping to deliver a high‑quality and effective Investor Relations programme. You’ll gain hands‑on experience across a broad range of activities, including supporting financial results and annual report production, contributing to financial analysis and desk‑based research, organising investor events and roadshows, and maintaining the CRM system and share register analysis. You’ll also provide essential logistical and administrative support, including assisting with the management of the IR budget. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated candidate looking to develop their career in Investor Relations, offering exposure to senior stakeholders, the capital markets and the inner workings of a listed company. What you will be doing as an Investor Relations Analyst • Support the Investor Relations team in the delivery of financial results and annual report processes. Including production of materials, overseeing verification/assurance, and quality control., • Delivery of accurate financial and comparative analysis (e.g. peer group analysis), preparing internal reports, • Support the Investor Relations Manager in the logistics around IR events and overall IR programme including roadshows, results presentations, Capital Market Days, site visits etc., • Responsibility for maintaining and managing the CRM system, ensuring it is kept up-to-date, sharing register analysis (post equity raise), including production of investor profiles, maintaining distribution lists and sending email blasts, • Support the Investor Relations Finance Manager in managing analyst relations, answering questions, checking research reports, inputting into consensus model, • Degree educated ideally in a numerate discipline, • Previous experience working in investor relations, PR/communications, finance or regulatory functions in a corporate setting, • Financial acumen and analytical capabilities as evidenced by previous roles or accounting qualifications, • Excellent communicator with strong writing skills, • Some working knowledge of equity markets, corporate reporting, share register analysis, and stock market regulations, • Highly organised and able to work under pressure to tight timescales, • Competitive salary of circa £45,000 per annum, depending on experience., • Annual Leave - 26 days holiday per year, increasing to 30 with the length of service.
