This rewarding role offers the opportunity to support Service Users, mentor colleagues, respond to urgent care needs, and help maintain the highest standards of care every day.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality person-centred care to Service UsersRespond to emergency callouts and provide additional support where requiredMentor and supervise Homecare WorkersCarry out competency checks and medication assessmentsSupport and guide new starters during inductionBuild positive relationships with Service Users and their familiesComplete care plans, reviews, and risk assessmentsPromote independence and connect individuals with community support servicesMaintain accurate records and ensure compliance with policies and proceduresLiaise effectively with management, healthcare professionals, and familiesAbout YouWere looking for someone who is:Experienced within care and confident administering medicationPassionate about delivering high-quality careCalm, adaptable, and able to work under pressureOrganised with strong communication skillsConfident using Microsoft Office and digital systemsA supportive team player with leadership potentialIn possession of a Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicleWe are also proud to be a Veterans Friendly Framework (VFF) accredited organisation and actively encourage applications from veterans, reservists, service leavers, and military families.An Enhanced DBS check is required for this role.
