Due to an increase in pupil numbers, we have an exciting opportunity to be part of our Independent school, Graduately Developing Futures, specialising in supporting children aged 6 - 14 with SEND, SEMH and behavioural difficulties based on a 6 acre farm on the outskirts of Poole, Dorset. We are looking for an experienced Teacher to be part of our exciting journey. You will be working with groups of 2-6 students and also providing 1:1 interventions. With an outdoor education and practical learning ethos, you will have a number of resources on hand and a very supportive Senior Leadership Team, you will be part of a great team! As a Teacher you will set tasks for your students and have the support of Teaching Assistants and support workers to aid the completion of tasks set. The students will have mixed learning difficulties and many have difficulties with reading, writing and phonics, sitting still for long periods of time, understanding how to complete the work set and may need social and emotional support to feel comfortable in a learning environment.
