Key Responsibilities As Senior Showroom Manager, your key responsibilities will include: • Ensuring all enquiries are handled to the highest standards on our systems by close of business every day., • Leading and managing the sales team to consistently achieve volume and margin targets., • Delivering class-leading vehicle displays and maintaining immaculate forecourt areas., • Managing the sales process while maintaining a hands-on role with customers., • Achieving F&I commission and penetration objectives., • Ensuring all finance documents are completed accurately and honestly, in line with legal requirements (e.g., the Consumer Credit Act 1974 and relevant insurance codes of practice).
