You'll use store technology, including mobile reporting systems and body-worn cameras, to support store operations and incident management. • You’ll stay calm under pressure. Whether responding to challenging situations or supporting emergency procedures, you'll always act professionally and confidently., • Being a team player is crucial. You'll work closely with store colleagues to maintain high standards, support operations and create a positive environment for everyone., • Flexibility is vital. Retail moves fast and every day is different. You'll adapt quickly to changing situations to support the store when needed., • Previous security experience is preferred, • A valid SIA licence is desirable, although not essential, • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, • A calm, confident and professional approach, • A proactive mindset with the ability to make sound decisions quickly, • A genuine passion for customer service and keeping people safe All candidates must be able to provide a 5-year checkable work history within the UK.
