Combining a busy restaurant operation with seasonal outdoor dining, the business attracts a loyal local following alongside visitors from across the region. With around 100 covers inside and the ability to serve up to 200 guests during the summer months, this is a fast-paced and ambitious kitchen where quality, consistency, and creativity are equally valued.The business is passionate about fresh, seasonal ingredients and evolving menus, and is looking for a Head Chef who shares that vision. Working closely with an experienced Executive Chef, you will have genuine input into menu development while maintaining full ownership of the day-to-day running of the restaurant kitchen. This role would suit either an experienced Head Chef looking for a fresh challenge or a talented Sous Chef ready to step into their first Head Chef position within a supportive environment. You will be a natural leader who enjoys developing people, managing a busy service, and creating exciting dishes that keep guests returning time and time again. The ideal candidate will have a strong fresh food background, excellent organisational skills, and previous experience managing a busy kitchen operation. Most importantly, they will bring energy, leadership, and a genuine passion for producing outstanding food.
