Responsibilities • Assist with daily personal care routines such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support, • Support the implementation of personalised care plans tailored to individual needs, • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a respectful and caring environment, • Help with medication administration as per training and guidelines, • Maintain accurate records of care provided using IT systems, • Assist with light domestic tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment, • Support clients with mobility and transfers, including driving when necessary and appropriate, • Previous experience working within a care home or home care setting is desirable but not essential; training will be provided, • Knowledge of care plans and understanding of basic healthcare procedures is advantageous, • Proficiency in IT systems relevant to healthcare documentation, • Valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate client transportation needs, • Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to listen actively and convey information clearly
