We are currently seeking passionate and reliable Care Workers to join our growing team as we prepare to launch our services.
Please note: Employment is conditional upon the successful registration of our company with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
The Role
As a Care Worker, you will provide essential care and support to clients, enabling them to live independently and comfortably at home. Your responsibilities may include:
Assisting with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting).
Supporting with medication administration.
Preparing meals and assisting with nutrition.
Offering companionship and emotional support.
Helping with household tasks and errands.
What We’re Looking For

Flexible and able to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Good communicators and able to build strong relationships with clients.
Essential Requirements:
A full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle (preferred but not essential).
Right to work in the UK.
Willingness to complete a DBS check.
No previous experience required – full training provided!
Desirable (but not essential):
Previous experience in a care role or relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ in Health and Social Care).
