Key Responsibilities • Tailor and adapt product positioning developed by the centralized product management team for European market relevance and resonance (i.e. sales talking points, fund performance rationale, competitive intelligence reports), • Develop and maintain comprehensive competitive intelligence on the European UCITS landscape; analyse competitor products, positioning, performance, and market trends; provide actionable insights to U.S.-based product teams to enhance differentiation and competitiveness of the existing product line-up, • Continuously evaluate the existing UCITS product lineup against market needs, competitive offerings, and distribution feedback; identify product gaps, positioning weaknesses, and opportunities for enhancement that strengthen market competitiveness. Utilize findings to feed into assessment of new product ideas and business cases where relevant. Required Skillset • 5+ years of experience in product management, Product Strategy or competitive intelligence within asset management., • Knowledge of UCITS products and European investment management market, • Experience working with distribution teams and/or investment teams, • Proven ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholder groups and geographies, • Track record of adapting messaging and positioning for different markets or audiences
