This role: We are looking for an EHV Estimator to come and join our growing Commercial team. An idea of what you'll be doing: • Preparation of tenders from 33kV to 132kV, • Providing quotations and tenders for new connection works and turnkey projects utilising Sinewave’s in-house teams and supply chain., • Key account management for new and existing customers including, top level review with the clients, • Talking to manufacturers & suppliers to develop partnerships for a turnkey solutions., • Following up quotations and bringing feedback to the tendering and sales team for unsuccessful quotations., • Attend site surveys & route walks, or tender interviews as necessary., • Establishing key aspects associated with client requirements, providing quotations, liaising with internal departments and submitting final overview of project ability to the client., • Evaluate supplier and subcontract returns to ensure compliance with the tender specification/documentation., • Accurately undertake any necessary take-offs of drawings and schedules and perform data entry into the estimating software selected by the business. Follow all company procedures for enquiry and tender handling., • Draft commentary regarding exclusions and clarifications associated with the return offer., • Working with SimPro and other business systems to follow company processes and maintain data integrity., • Assist in creation / management or processes for the Estimating & Major Projects team.
