    Position: HGV Class 2 Driver / Scaffolder Industry: Construction / Scaffolding Employment Type: Full-time Role Overview An experienced HGV Class 2 Driver and Scaffolder responsible for the safe transportation, delivery, and collection of scaffolding materials to and from construction sites. The role also involves assisting with the erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding structures while maintaining strict safety standards. Key Responsibilities • Safely operate an HGV Class 2 vehicle to transport scaffolding equipment to various sites., • Load, unload, and secure scaffolding materials in compliance with transport regulations., • Assist the scaffolding team with the erection, alteration, and dismantling of scaffolding structures., • Conduct daily vehicle safety checks and report any defects., • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and site procedures., • Maintain accurate delivery paperwork and site documentation., • Work closely with site supervisors and team members to ensure efficient project completion., • Follow all road transport laws and company policies while driving. Skills & Experience • Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) driving licence., • Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card., • Previous experience working in scaffolding or construction environments., • Knowledge of scaffolding components and safe handling procedures., • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations on construction sites., • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team., • Good time management and reliability. Desirable Qualifications • CISRS Scaffolding Card or relevant scaffolding qualification., • Experience driving vehicles carrying heavy construction materials., • Site safety certifications (e.g., CSCS card). Personal Attributes • Physically fit and able to handle manual work., • Strong attention to safety and detail., • Reliable, punctual, and hardworking., • Good communication skills.
