Project Manager - HR / Reward Transformation \n Location: Bracknell (Hybrid)Duration: 6-Month ContractEngagement: Part-time (approx. 3 days/week) or full-time option considered \n The Opportunity\n We are supporting a leading UK retail organisation on a high-visibility transformation programme focused on evolving how employee recognition and reward is delivered. \n This initiative aims to move beyond traditional tenure-based recognition towards a more dynamic, performance-led approach, underpinned by a new, integrated digital platform. \n The organisation is seeking an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of delivery, governance, and stakeholder alignment across this complex programme. Key Responsibilities\n\n • End-to-end project management of a strategic HR / reward transformation initiative\n, • Stakeholder management across HR, Reward, Finance, Technology, and Communications teams\n, • Manage third-party vendors and support solution implementation (e.g. recognition platforms)\n, • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring timely delivery of milestones\n, • Own RAID logs, reporting packs, and governance processes\n, • Drive clear, consistent communication across all programme stakeholders\n, • Oversee financial tracking, budgeting, and resource planning\n, • Support change and adoption to ensure successful rollout of new systems and processes\nKey Deliverables\n\n, • Full project plan and governance framework\n, • Defined success metrics for platform adoption and impact\n, • Delivery of the first phase of the recognition platform (target Q4)\n, • Smooth transition from legacy processes to new digital solution\n, • Contribution to the wider multi-year platform rollout roadmap\nSkills & Experience Required\n\n, • Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering complex transformation programmes\n, • Strong stakeholder management experience across multiple business functions\n, • Experience working with HR, Reward, or Employee Experience initiatives (highly desirable)\n, • Strong vendor management and system implementation experience\n, • Excellent planning, reporting, and governance capability\n, • Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving programme environments\n\n \n To apply for this positon please submit your CV. \n \n Guidant, Carbon60, Lorien & SRG - The Impellam Group Portfolio are acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
