Care Assistant / Carer

As a Care Assistant with Home Instead, you’ll play a vital role in helping people live safely, independently, and with dignity in their own homes — all while building meaningful connections along the way. As a Care Assistant with us, we provide you with regular clients, enabling you to build a strong relationship with those you support. The role will involve assisting with daily routines such as washing, dressing, and grooming, preparing and serving meals and medication, supporting mobility and personal care needs, offering companionship and emotional support, monitoring wellbeing and reporting any concerns and much more! The on target earning potential for this role is £48,748.75 per annum based on a 45 hour contract - comprising a base salary of £39,388.75, plus a qualified estimate of £9,000 in gratuities and service charge*. As the Senior Sous Chef, you will lead, motivate, train and manage the operations for the restaurants culinary team.
