We’re on the lookout for a CRM Marketing Executive to join a fast-growing sports travel and tour operator based in Newcastle upon Tyne. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives on building personalised customer journeys and wants to play a key role in scaling a dynamic business. You’ll be working with globally recognised brands, including IRONMAN, UTMB, and T100, helping to deliver meaningful, engaging experiences to passionate communities around the world. What you’ll be doing: Supported by the Head of Marketing and Communications, you’ll own the CRM function end-to-end. From shaping strategy to building sophisticated automated journeys, you’ll use data to drive engagement, loyalty, and revenue. • Lead the development and execution of the CRM strategy alongside senior leadership, • Build and optimise automated, behaviour-driven customer journeys, • Create engaging, high-performing content across the full customer lifecycle, • Analyse performance and turn insights into clear, actionable improvements, • Drive smarter segmentation and database growth to reach high-value audiences, • Ensure all CRM activity is technically sound and fully GDPR compliant, • Collaborate across teams to deliver impactful, multi-channel campaigns What we’re looking for: • Marketing, Communications or related degree or equivalent experience, • Experience in CRM or email marketing (agency or in-house) essential, • Strong understanding of marketing automation, segmentation and customer journeys, • A data-led mindset with the ability to turn insight into action, • Hands-on experience delivering and optimising campaigns, • A genuine interest in improving digital customer experiences, • Commercially aware, with a focus on measurable results and performance, • Good understanding of GDPR and data best practice Why join us?
