Account Manager - £27,000 – £35,000 DOE (Commission is £7,000 to £12,000 per year) Our client based in West London, is seeking an experienced, luxury tailor-made Sales Consultant/Account Manager to join their friendly team. Company Benefits: The full-time position is based on 37½-hour working week Flexibility will be required to cover busy times & events Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed consultations to understand clients' health, wellness, fitness and lifestyle goals, recommending suitable programmes and destinations. Build strong relationships with clients to maximise conversion rates, repeat business and referrals. Handle all aspects of the booking process, including quotations, reservations, amendments and post-booking support. Liaise effectively with international spa partners, resorts, hotels and suppliers to secure the best options and rates for clients. Maintain a high level of product knowledge across luxury wellness destinations, treatments, fitness programmes and industry trends. Proactively research new wellness resorts, retreats and experiences to enhance the company's offering. Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and performance objectives. Provide accurate and timely travel documentation and booking information to clients. Ensure all client communications are professional, personalised and aligned with the company's luxury brand standards. Develop long-term relationships with both clients and supplier partners. Keep customer records and booking information up to date within internal systems. Identify opportunities to upsell additional services, upgrades and bespoke experiences. Experience and Skills Requirements Please do not apply unless you have at least 2-3 years of tailor-made travel experience working for a tour operator or independent travel agency You should be able to deal with a booking from enquiry stage through to final documentation You will have high-end travel sales skills and product knowledge You should have a strong passion for wellness and wellbeing You must be based full-time in the UK You will ideally have CRS experience on Amadeus, and excellent presentation & communication skills You should have an excellent telephone manner and will contribute to building strong client loyalty You need to be self-motivated & organised, and have a high level of attention to detail * You should be able to work on your own initiative and will be well-travelled If you have not been contacted within 5 working days, then unfortunately on this occasion your CV has not been shortlisted
