An excellent opportunity has arisen for a talented Head Chef to lead the kitchen at a busy, independent suburban brasserie with a strong fresh-food focus. This is a fast-paced operation with a fantastic local reputation, particularly known for its busy weekend brunch trade and high-volume Sunday lunches. The business is independently owned, offering genuine creative freedom and the chance to make a real impact on the food offering. The Role • Lead and develop a small, close-knit kitchen team, • Drive standards, consistency and kitchen organisation, • Oversee all aspects of service across brunch, lunch and dinner, • Create seasonal specials and contribute to menu development, • Maintain strong GP controls and kitchen compliance, • Deliver quality fresh food in a high-volume environmentWhats on Offer, • £14 pr hr, • 45-hour contract, • Equivalent basic salary of approximately £32,760, • Plus circa £1,000 tips, • Plus £2,000 -£3,000 bonus, • Expenses paid , travel etc
