Shift: TONIGHT 17/07/2026 TOMORROW — SATURDAY 18/07/26 23:00–05:00 Arrival for briefing: 22:45 Pay: £13.71 per hour Keep your tips Regular weekend work available for strong performers About us: We are a premium, high-energy Latin nightclub and sports bar. The venue is fast, busy, fun and customer-focused. Our bartenders play an important role in creating an amazing guest experience while keeping the bar fast, organised and commercially successful. We are looking for someone who is: • An experienced bartender, • Fast and accurate under pressure, • Friendly and confident with customers, • Reliable and punctual, • Proactive, • Calm during busy service, • Comfortable working late nights, • Confident taking card and cash payments, • Able to upsell naturally without being pushy, • Able to work well with the Head Bartender, barbacks and wider team, • Able to maintain excellent service even when the bar is extremely busy Duties include: • Serving drinks quickly and accurately, • Preparing spirits, mixers, shots, beers and standard bar orders, • Taking payments correctly, • Upselling doubles, shots, premium spirits and other suitable options, • Acknowledging and engaging customers while managing busy queues, • Keeping the bar clean, organised and fully operationa, • Communicating stock, ice, glassware and replenishment needs to the barback, • Following approved measures, pricing and drink preparation standards, • Reporting spillages, breakages, shortages and wastage, • Supporting responsible alcohol service, • Escalating intoxication, safety or customer concerns to the Head Bartender or Duty Manager, • Helping with bar close-down at the end of the night Experience: Direct bartending experience is essential. Busy bar, nightclub, cocktail bar, events or high-volume hospitality experience is strongly preferred. You must be confident working independently behind the bar without needing basic bartender training during the shift. Requirements: • Must be 18+, • Must have the right to work in the UK, • Must have recent direct bartending experience, • Must be available TONIGHT, TOMORROW 17/07/26, • Must be able to arrive by 23:00, • Must be available to work until 05:00, • Must be comfortable working quickly in a busy nightclub environment, • Must provide valid right-to-work documents or a share code, • Must wear smart black, nightclub-presentable clothing Please only apply if you have genuine bartending experience and can definitely work tomorrow.
