A fantastic opportunity has become available at Hippo Motor Group as we are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Manager to be responsible for our used car sales division based in our Blackburn showroom. We are looking for someone who is dynamic and innovative to motivate and drive the team of Sales Executives to achieve their targets. Not only will the successful candidate have access to over 1000 cars, there is a fantastic support system in place with a state of the art preparation centre, and dedicated pay-out, underwriting and handover teams. There is also a specialist buying team with the opportunity to buy your own cars, all of this making the role ideal for any experienced sales manager. Key Responsibilities • Setting clear and consistent goals and monitoring team/individual performance., • Conducting weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reviews for each team member, • Provide team direction and motivation that engages your team and helps them understand their purpose within the business., • Identify knowledge gaps and provide on-the-job training where necessary., • Manage/monitor our CRM system and enquiries to ensure the workflow is managed effectively to maximize each opportunity, • Support individuals in deal making and closing deals., • Maintain communication with your team to ensure leads are correctly managed.
