\n Logistics Coordinator\n \n Job Description\n Logistics Co-ordinator (Stores/Warehouse) Rochford, Essex \n Job Summary \n We are currently recruiting for a Logistics (Stores/Warehouse) Co-ordinator to join our Traffic team in Rochford, Essex. We would love to hear from you if you have experience of working in a Warehouse/stores environment ideally within a Traffic Signals or Traffic background. The role is a Mon to Fri Daytime role. \n Key Deliverables \n \n • Responsible for delivering the activities supporting the logistics function, as well as Asset Management ensuring inventory accuracy of Telent and customer consigned assets.\n, • Forklift licence is required (a Bendi licence would be really advantageous too)\n, • Ensuring continuous improvements are achieved within the coordination function\n, • Validating supplier invoices with services received\n, • Raising and receipting Oracle orders\n, • Attend meetings as and when required\n, • Maintain a safe store/warehouse carrying out regular housekeeping activities.\n, • Ensure the stores/warehouse are regularly cleaned and kept free from obstruction.\n, • Maintain a computer stock database facility always ensuring traceability of all parts.\n, • Carry out regular stock checks and ensure all cost allocations are to the correct Oracle project codes\n, • Ensure any part discrepancies or issues are brought to the attention of Management.\n, • Adhere to quality management procedures.\n, • Provide a Goods In service, checking deliveries, quantities of items and other Goods In responsibilities\n, • Producing daily, weekly and monthly reports as required\n, • Providing analysis and investigation on stock queries\n, • Ensuring Document control on UCM\n, • Driving Forklift Truck and Bendi\n, • Creating and maintaining processes for activities carried out\n, • Managing the Logistics mailbox daily to fulfil customer requests and assist with queries\n, • Monitoring assets on Remedy for Spares Management and RMA process\n, • Providing spend analysis reports for engineer consumables\n, • Maintaining a central record of all stock movements\n, • Managing assets under the control of the Telent spares management processes to provide accurate and auditable visibility of all deployed inventories\n, • Coordinating usage of the Telent Bybox account\n, • 26 days holiday plus Bank Holidays\n, • Commercial Vehicle\n, • Pension Scheme and Life Assurance\n, • Be Inclusive\n, • Take Responsibility\n, • Collaborate\n, • Be Inclusive\n, • Take Responsibility\n, • Collaborate\n, • Be Customer-focussed\n \n \n
