Full manufacturer training will be provided, allowing you to build on your existing electrical and mechanical experience while developing expertise across a wide range of automatic entrance systems. \nWhether you enjoy carrying out planned preventative maintenance or prefer reactive fault-finding and breakdown work, there is flexibility to tailor the role around your strengths and preferences. Engineers can choose between a PPM route or a Service/Callout route.\n\nCommutable from: Wembley, Harrow, Edgware, Watford, Camden, Wood Green, Hackney, Stratford, Tottenham, Enfield, Barnet, Potters Bar, and surrounding areas.\n\nIndustrial Door Engineer Responsibilities\n\nService, maintain and repair automatic door systems, with full training provided\nCarry out either planned preventative maintenance (PPM) visits or reactive service and breakdown work, depending on your preference\nDiagnose electrical and mechanical faults safely and efficiently\nComplete minor installation and upgrade works where required\nEnsure all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations\nDeliver a professional, customer-focused service\nComplete accurate service reports and documentation\nParticipate in the on-call rota (optional)\n\nThe Ideal Industrial Door Engineer\n\nAt least 6 months' experience working on industrial doors, roller shutters, high-speed doors or similar entrance systems\nEngineers from automatic doors or revolving doors are also encouraged to apply\nStrong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills - ESSENTIAL\nDHF qualifications - DESIRABLE\nEN16005 or BS7036 certification - DESIRABLE (training available if not held)\nFull UK Driving Licence - ESSENTIAL.\n\nApply for this role\n\nFor a confidential conversation, call (phone number removed) (Monday to Friday).\nSend your CV Marmon Lift Recruitment is committed to understanding what truly matters in your next move.
