Ahmad & Williams Solicitors are seeking an experienced and motivated Conveyancing Fee Earner to join our growing legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated legal professional to manage a varied caseload of residential and commercial property matters within a client-focused practice. Key Responsibilities • Managing a full caseload of residential and commercial conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion, • Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, leasehold and freehold matters, • Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documentation, • Conducting property searches and liaising with lenders, estate agents, clients, and third parties, • Ensuring compliance with SRA regulations and anti-money laundering requirements, • Providing clients with clear updates and maintaining excellent client care, • Managing exchange of contracts and completion processes efficiently, • Working independently while supporting the wider conveyancing team Requirements • Previous experience as a Conveyancing Fee Earner, Conveyancer, Paralegal, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer, • Strong knowledge of UK property law and conveyancing procedures, • Ability to manage a busy caseload independently, • Excellent communication and organisational skills, • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability, • Experience using conveyancing case management systems is advantageous What We Offer • Competitive salary based on experience, • Supportive and professional working environment, • Career development opportunities, • Modern office environment, • Opportunity to work with an established and growing firm
