    Job Overview We are a growing UK retailer and distributor of solar energy equipment, batteries and off-grid power systems. Our customers include homeowners, campervan owners, workshops, installers and businesses across the UK and Ireland. Due to a major delivery contract we have recently secured, Energian is looking to hire 1-3 delivery drivers for an initial 1-2 month contract starting immediately. We are seeking a reliable and professional Multi Drop Delivery Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering goods efficiently and safely to multiple locations within designated routes. This role requires excellent organisational skills, strong communication, and the ability to manage time effectively. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on customer satisfaction and punctuality. Responsibilities You will operate a multi-drop delivery route across Southern England, typically covering areas such as Berkshire, Hampshire, Dorset, parts of London. Deliveries will be scheduled and grouped by area Daily work will typically involve: Completing a multi-drop delivery route Safely operate a delivery van, adhering to all road safety regulations and company policies Load stock in the morning before setting out Follow efficient delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals at each destination Load and unload goods (typical weight 15kg) Deliver parcels or goods directly to customers’ homes, ensuring accurate order fulfilment Target delivery volume is 30–50 addresses per day Communicate effectively with customers, providing excellent service and resolving any issues professionally Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain signatures or proof of delivery as required Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly Follow health and safety guidelines at all times during deliveriesExperience Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role within commercial driving or warehouse environments Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record Experience in commercial driving, including multi-drop deliveries across urban or rural areas Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and route planning tools Ability to handle heavy lifting safely and efficiently during loading and unloading processes Strong communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members Previous warehouse experience is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for specific tasks This role is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy driving, organising routes, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
