As we prepare to launch our service, we are looking for an organised, proactive, and caring Care Coordinator to join our leadership team and help us build an outstanding service from day one. About the Role As our Care Coordinator, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the service. Working closely with the Registered Manager, you will coordinate care visits, support our care team, maintain high-quality standards, and ensure our clients receive safe, reliable, person-centred care. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about care and wants to develop their career within a growing organisation. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate and manage daily staff rotas using our care management system., • Allocate care visits to ensure continuity of care and efficient service delivery., • Support the onboarding and induction of new care staff., • Liaise with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and local authorities., • Assist with care assessments, reviews, and care planning., • Monitor electronic care records and ensure documentation is accurate., • Respond to changes in care needs and coordinate emergency cover when required., • Conduct spot checks and quality assurance visits., • Support the Registered Manager in maintaining compliance with CQC regulations., • Report and escalate safeguarding concerns, incidents, and complaints appropriately., • Participate in the on-call rota as required. What We're Looking For Essential • Experience working within domiciliary/home care., • Previous experience as a Care Coordinator, Senior Care Worker, Team Leader, or similar role., • Excellent organisational and communication skills., • Strong IT skills and confidence using care management software., • Good knowledge of CQC Fundamental Standards and safeguarding., • Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle., • Right to work in the UK. Desirable • NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)., • Experience with rota planning and staff scheduling., • Experience carrying out care assessments and reviews., • Level 5 qualification (or willingness to work towards it).     Office Administrator An established and well-regarded business based in East Grinstead is looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join its team as soon as possible. This is a key administrative role within the business, sitting between a Senior Administrator and Office Manager level. The successful candidate will take ownership of a range of office and administrative responsibilities, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office while supporting the wider team. This opportunity would suit someone with strong previous administration experience who is ready to step into a more senior, lead-level position. You will need to be highly organised, confident with systems, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy office environment. Key Responsibilities • Taking responsibility for a broad range of office administration duties, • Supporting the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis, • Using Word, spreadsheets, and internal systems confidently and accurately, • Coordinating office-related tasks and ensuring they are completed efficiently, • Handling or delegating light office management duties, such as office supplies, shopping, and general facilities tasks, • Communicating professionally with colleagues, suppliers, and wider stakeholders, • Supporting the wider team with administrative processes and organisation, • Helping to maintain a fair, professional, and well-organised office environment About You The ideal candidate will have: • Previous administration experience at a senior, lead, or highly responsible level, • Strong IT skills, particularly with Word and spreadsheets, • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail, • The ability to manage multiple office-related responsibilities, • Good communication skills and a professional, fair approach, • Confidence taking ownership of tasks and following things through, • The ability to delegate where appropriate, • A practical, hands-on attitude and willingness to support with varied office tasks, • A full driving licence and access to a vehicle, due to the office location Being local to East Grinstead would be an advantage, but it is not essential. The Stephenson Clarke family have been custodians for five generations, and at a time of generational change are bringing new energy and opportunities aimed at diversifying the Estate, with a focus on hospitality, biodynamic estate-grown produce and sustainability. Located just 40 minutes from London, 20 minutes from Brighton, and 10 minutes from Gatwick Aiport, Borde Hill is uniquely located to engage a wide audience, both nationally and internationally. The Stables The original 1906 Stables is being transformed into a series of dining destinations including a Pantry, Café (52 covers), Workshop space, and a stunning new glasshouse Restaurant and Bar (90 covers) overlooking the reimagined ‘edimental’ walled kitchen garden - all of which will embody an ethos of ‘casual excellence’. The Stables will be a new culinary destination in the heart of Sussex, celebrating nature, produce, people, and Borde Hill’s plant heritage.
