As a Fabricator/Welder, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality components that meet our stringent standards. Requirements • Must hold a valid UK driving license. Responsibilities • Perform MIG and Stick welding on various materials, ensuring strong and durable joints., • Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively for fabrication tasks., • Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to execute fabrication projects accurately., • Conduct assembly of components as per specifications, ensuring quality control throughout the process., • Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations., • Collaborate with team members to optimise production processes and improve efficiency., • Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the fabrication process, applying mechanical knowledge to resolve challenges., • Be confident to attend client's site to weld/ fabricate. Skills • Proficiency in MIG welding and Stick welding techniques., • Strong experience with hand tools and power tools used in fabrication., • Solid understanding of fabrication processes, particularly with sheet metal., • Excellent mechanical knowledge to understand machinery and equipment operations., • Basic mathematical skills for measurements and calculations related to fabrication tasks., • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating good communication skills., • Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
