    Level 3 Nursery Practitioner – Full Time West Malling, Kent We are a warm, welcoming and family-run day nursery in West Malling seeking a caring, enthusiastic and committed Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly team on a full-time basis. We pride ourselves on providing a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, develop and thrive. The successful candidate will be passionate about early years education and committed to delivering high-quality childcare in line with the EYFS framework. Main Duties and Responsibilities • Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0–5 years, • Plan and support engaging activities in line with the EYFS, • Support children’s learning and development through play and structured activities, • Complete observations, assessments and learning records, • Build strong professional relationships with parents, carers and colleagues, • Promote positive behaviour and inclusion within the setting, • Ensure the safety, wellbeing and safeguarding of all children at all times, • Maintain a clean, safe and stimulating learning environment, • Work effectively as part of a team and contribute to the daily running of the nursery, • Follow all nursery policies and procedures, including safeguarding and health & safety Essential Requirements • Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification, • Good understanding of the EYFS framework, • Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures, • Strong communication and teamwork skills, • A caring, reliable and professional approach, • Previous experience working within an early years setting preferred Safer Recruitment Statement Our nursery is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
