Job Overview We are currently seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Carers and Senior Carers to join a growing healthcare team supporting individuals in residential and care settings. This role involves providing high-quality person-centred care while promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing at all times. The ideal candidate will have a caring nature, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment. Key Responsibilities • Provide personal care and support tailored to individual needs, • Assist with daily living activities including mobility, nutrition, and hygiene, • Support residents with emotional wellbeing and social engagement, • Maintain accurate records and report any concerns appropriately, • Follow care plans, safeguarding procedures, and health & safety guidelines, • Administer or support with medication where required and trained, • Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and healthcare professionals, • Promote dignity, respect, and independence for all individuals Additional Responsibilities for Senior Carer • Lead and support care staff during shifts, • Assist with medication administration and MAR documentation, • Support care planning and risk assessments, • Escalate concerns and liaise with management when necessary, • Mentor and guide junior team members Requirements • Previous experience within a care or support setting preferred, • NVQ/QCF Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care desirable, • Good communication and interpersonal skills, • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and nights if required, • Medication training and moving & handling training beneficial, • A compassionate and professional approach to care
