Assist the chef in preparing pizza dough and other products. Weighs ingredients according to recipe; mixes ingredients using hand or machine to obtain the required consistency. Stretches, kneads and moulds dough to form pizza dough, bread, rolls and buns. Cleaning workstations before food preparation.
